Amped Up with Pinky- Cardio Kickboxing

Our Cardio Kickboxing program is an intense, non-contact, full body training which combines elements of boxing, aerobics, strength and balance routines. The workout provides overall physical conditioning of the heart and toning of the body. Warm up session will incorporate dynamic movements that will increase body temperature to prepare it for the workout. Cardio conditioning phase shall train the body to increase its speed, endurance, and cardiovascular capacity by performing movement combinations from basic types of punches and kicks. Focus shall be given strongly on proper body mechanics, alignment and technique. Cool down session incorporates mat sciences for ab, back and stretching. Bring a mat, towel and hydration!
